摘要
学生要想成为一个全面发展的人,必须要有坚固的文化基础,自主发展以及参与社会实践活动。与此同时,也要学会学习健康的生活,勇于承担责任,大胆实践创新,培养自己的人文底蕴以及科学奉献的精神。我国越来越注重学生的身体健康问题,将体育课作为一门重点科目带入课堂。引体向上是以自身力量克服自身重量的悬垂力量练习。该文就核心素养下对初中男生引体向上进阶式训练进行分析探究。
If a student wants to become an all-round person,they must have a solid cultural foundation,independent development and participate in social practice.At the same time,he should also learn to learn to live a healthy life,have the courage to take responsibility,boldly practice and innovate,and cultivate our own humanistic heritage and the spirit of scientific dedication.China pays more and more attention to students’physical health,and brings physical education into the classroom as a key subject.Pull-up is a hanging force exercise that overcomes its own weight with its own strength.This paper analyzes and explores the pull-up advanced training of junior middle school boys under the core literacy.
