摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高,当代人们对健身专业的选择视角越来越多样化,健美健身运动逐渐融入了现代人们的专业选择、兴趣爱好以及生活娱乐追求等方面。但健身健美运动对于人身的功能性具有一定的要求,当人们在进行健身健美运动时,需要通过功能性训练,才能逐步提升健身健美运动效果。为此,该文采用文献资料法等,分析了健身健美运动的主要特点及优势以及功能性训练对健身健美运动的主要影响,旨在为今后人们参与健身健美运动锻炼提供借鉴。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,contemporary people have more and more diversified perspectives on the choice of fitness major.Fitness and bodybuilding have gradually integrated into modern people’s professional choice,interests and hobbies,life and entertainment pursuit and so on.However,fitness and bodybuilding have certain requirements for human body function.When people are doing fitness,they need functional training to gradually improve the effect of fitness.Therefore,using the method of literature,this paper analyzes the main characteristics and advantages of fitness and bodybuilding and the main impact of functional training on fitness and bodybuilding,in order to provide reference for people to participate in fitness and bodybuilding in the future.
