太极拳与中外老年人健康研究的可视化分析

Visualized Analysis of Taijiquan and Health Studies of the Elderly at Home and Abroad

目的:了解太极拳与中外老年人健康研究的背景与热点,为促进太极拳有益健康的研究提供文献依据。方法:以Web of Science和CNKI为数据来源,检索时间为2000年1月至2020年11月,利用CiteSpace V软件对文献的研究背景、关键词热点进行聚类可视化分析,并解读和把握太极拳与中外老年人健康的研究方向。结果:中文研究所在机构以上海体育学院和北京体育大学为主,外文研究所在机构以哈佛大学为主,其中悉尼大学研究中心性较高;中文研究关键词的演进为,早期的心肺功能→心理健康→体质→跌倒→身体机能→睡眠质量→血脂→认知功能→认知障碍;外文研究关键词的演进为,女性骨质疏松症→跌倒预防→睡眠质量→健康促进→帕金森氏症疾病。结论:太极拳与老年人健康研究从健康促进向疾病干预转变,研究也在不断地深入,未来的研究应主要关注老年病的预防与治疗。

Objective:To understand the background and hotspot of Taijiquan and elderly health research at home and abroad,and to provide the literature basis for promoting the health research of Taijiquan.Methods:Web of Science and CNKI were used as data sources,and the retrieval time was from January 2000 to November 2020.CiteSpace V software was used to cluster and visually analyze the research background and keyword hotspots of the literature,and to interpret and grasp the research direction of Taijiquan and the health of the elderly at home and abroad.Results:Shanghai University of Sport and Beijing Sport University were the main institutions of Chinese language research,while Harvard University was the main institution of foreign language research,among which,the research center of the University of Sydney is highly competitive;The evolution of Chinese research keywords is:early cardiopulmonary function→mental health→physique→fall→physical function→sleep quality→blood lipid→cognitive function→cognitive impairment;The evolution of foreign research keywords is female osteoporosis→fall prevention→sleep quality→health promotion→Parkinson’s disease.Conclusion:The research on Taijiquan and the health of the elderly has changed from health promotion to disease intervention,and the research is also deepening.Future research should mainly focus on the prevention and treatment of senile diseases.
