经济发展和产业升级对职业能力层次提出了新要求,各层次职业教育的纵向贯通是建设现代化职业教育体系的重要内容,能够有效实现人才技能的提升。当前,各层次职业教育在纵向贯通培养实践中面临着社会认同低、培养目标不统一、课程和教育资源缺乏系统设计等诸多障碍,针对现实困境,提出从教学过程、保障制度等多个角度构建各层次职业教育纵向贯通的实施路径。

Economic development and industrial upgrading have put forward new requirements for the levels of vocational ability.The vertical penetration of vocational education at all levels is an important part of building a modern vocational education system,which can effectively improve the skills of talent.At present,vocational education at all levels is faced with many problems such as low social recognition,inconsistent training goals,and lack of systematic design of curriculum and educational resources in the vertical penetration of training practice.Aiming at these problems,the paper proposes the implementation path of vertical penetration of vocational education at all levels from the perspectives of teaching process,guarantee system and etc.
