课程思政理念下高职劳动与社会保障法改革路径研究

Study on Reform Path of Labor and Social Security Law in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of Courses Implementing Ideological and Political Education

思政课与专业课都是为党育人、为国育才的关键课程,课程思政将二者有机融合,成为落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。劳动与社会保障法课程教学对于提高学生综合素质和法律意识意义重大,关系社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平,有利于塑造诚实劳动的社会风气。推动劳动与社会保障法课程的教学改革,要以课程思政理念为根本遵循,准确分析教学改革中存在的困难,从目标、内容和教学评价方式三个方面进行改革。

Ideological and political courses and professional courses are both key courses for educating people for the Party and for the country,and the integration of the two courses is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.The teaching of Labor and Social Security Law is of great significance to improving students'comprehensive quality and legal awareness,which is connected with the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors,and is conducive to shaping the social atmosphere of honest labor.To promote the teaching reform of Labor and Social Security Law,it is necessary to follow the concept of courses implementing ideological and political education,accurately analyze the difficulties in the teaching reform,and carry out the reform from the three aspects of the reform target,content and teaching evaluation methods.
