摘要
建设结构化团队是解决目前高职院校辅导员队伍困境的主要方法之一。辅导员结构化团队应采用“组内同质、组间异质”的组建方式,通过明确团队成员(小组)的工作职责、制订团队运行制度、打造团队管理平台、建立团队培训体系、构建分类分层绩效考核方法,提升辅导员团队的专业化水平。
Building a structured team is one of the main methods to solve the problems of the counselor team in higher vocational colleges.Structured team of counselors should adopt the formation of"homogeneity within the group and heterogeneity among the groups"by clarifying the work responsibilities of team members(groups),formulating the team operation system,building team management platform,establishing team training system,and constructing a hierarchical performance appraisal method,so as to enhance the overall professional level of counselor team.
