胃苏颗粒联合伊托必利对功能性消化不良患者临床研究

Clinical study of Weisu granule combined with itopride in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的:探讨胃苏颗粒联合伊托必利对功能性消化不良患者治疗疗效及对胃肠功能和细胞炎性因子影响。方法:选择本院2020年1月—2021年6月收治的功能性消化不良患者120例,按照随机表法分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者口服盐酸伊托必利片50 mg/次,3次/d,药物均于餐前30 min服用;治疗组在盐酸伊托必利片基础上口服胃苏颗粒1袋/次,3次/d。两组均以4周为治疗疗程。比较两组治疗4周疗效、主要症状积分、生活质量指数(NDLQI)、尼平消化不良指数中症状指数(NDSI)、胃肠激素[胃泌素和胃动素]和细胞炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]变化。结果:治疗组功能性消化不良患者总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗前功能性消化不良患者胃脘胀满积分、胁肋窜痛积分、嗳气反酸积分、NDLQI积分、NDSI积分、胃泌素、胃动素、IL-6和TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗4周后,功能性消化不良患者胃脘胀满积分、胁肋窜痛积分、嗳气反酸积分、NDSI积分、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于治疗前,而NDLQI积分、胃泌素和胃动素水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4周功能性消化不良患者胃脘胀满积分、胁肋窜痛积分、嗳气反酸积分、NDSI积分、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组,而NDLQI积分、胃泌素和胃动素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合伊托必利对功能性消化不良患者治疗疗效显著,且可改善患者胃肠功能,减轻患者细胞炎性反应。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Weisu granule combined with itopride on patients with functional dyspepsia and its effect on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors.Methods:According to a random table method,a total of 120 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given itopride hydrochloride tablets 50 mg/time,3 times/d,and all drugs were taken 30 min before meals.The treatment group was given weisu granules on the basis of Itobili hydrochloride tablets,1 bag/time,3 times/day.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Efficacy,major symptom score,quality of life index(NDLQI),symptom index of Niping dyspepsia index(NDSI),gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin and motilin),and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups after four weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of patients with functional dyspepsia in the treatment group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in epigastric fullness score,hypochal pain score,belching acid reflux score,NDLQI score,NDSI score,gastrin,motilin,IL-6 and TNF-α levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the levels of epigastric fullness score,hypochal pain score,belching acid reflux score,NDSI score,and levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in functional dyspepsia patients were lower than before treatment,while the levels of NDLQI score,gastrin and motilin were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of epigastric fullness score,hypochal pain score,belching acid reflux score,NDSI score,IL-6,and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at four weeks after treatment,while the levels of NDLQI score,gastrin,and motilin were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weisu granule combined with itopride has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with functional dyspepsia and can improve gastrointestinal function and reduce the inflammatory response of patients.
