The new path of modernization of the Chinese rule of law is the concrete embodiment of the new path of Chinese modernization in the field of the rule of law,is a right road of the modernization of the rule of law which conforms to China’s national conditions,follows the principle of the rule of law and leads to good law and governance through the people’s long-term exploration and great practice led by the Communist Party of China,and is a major achievement of combining the Marxist theory of the rule of law with the actual construction of the rule of law in China and Chinese excellent traditional legal culture.The new path of modernization of the Chinese rule of law is the socialist path and the Chinese path of the modernization of the rule of law,and it is also the broad path of human civilization of the rule of law in the 21 st Century.The strategic positioning of the new path of modernization of the Chinese rule of law is the overall plan of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,the development goal is to build the rule of law in China with good law and governance,and the path selection is to comprehensively advance law-based governance.Facing the future,we will continue to expand the new path of modernization of the Chinese rule of law,promote the new development of civilization of the rule of law in China,and create a new form of human civilization of the rule of law,with the construction of a strong country governed by the rule of law as the goal,with the modernization of state governance as the blueprint,with the common prosperity of all the people as the priority,with people’s democracy throughout the whole process as the cornerstone,with digitization and intelligence as the driving force,and with the common value of all mankind as the guide.
