摘要
本文以2002-2019年中国分地区数据作为研究样本,基于动态空间面板模型的计量分析,检验互联网发展水平对地区全要素生产率的影响。研究发现从全国整体来看,互联网对地区全要素生产率确实有着较为显著的促进作用。但在不同地区,互联网在促进全要素生产率上有着较大的地区异质性。另外通过对生产率指数进行分解,实证估计结果表明互联网在驱动地区生产率提升方面,主要依赖的是技术效率,而不是技术进步。就全国整体而言,互联网与技术效率提升具有显著的正相关关系,但与技术进步之间却没有通过显著性检验。
This paper uses China’s subregional data from 2002 to 2019 as a research sample,based on the quantitative analysis of the dynamic spatial panel model,to test the impact of the development of the Internet on the regional total factor productivity.The study found that from a national perspective,the Internet does have a significant role in promoting regional total factor productivity.However,in different regions,the Internet has great regional heterogeneity in promoting total factor productivity.In addition,by decomposing the productivity index,the empirical estimation results show that the Internet mainly relies on technical efficiency rather than technological progress in driving regional productivity improvements.For the whole country,the Internet has a significant positive correlation with technological efficiency improvement,but it has not passed the significance test with technological progress.
