区域经济一体化视域下我国五大经济带城市开放型经济评价研究

Research on Open Economy Evaluation of Cities in China’s Five Economic Belts from the Perspective of Regional Economic Integration

在论述新时代区域经济一体化视域下城市开放型经济的内涵与外延基础上,从开放型经济基础、开放型经济存量与增量、开放型经济质量、开放型经济比较优势四个方面来设计我国现阶段核心经济带城市开放型经济评价框架,并选取以沿海经济带、京广京哈经济带、长江经济带、陇海兰新经济带、包昆经济带中的60个发达城市数据为研究依据,对其开放型经济发展状态进行评价。研究结果表明,京广京哈经济带与长江经济带中的城市开放型经济发展水平最高,沿海经济带次之,陇海兰新经济带、包昆经济带尚存在较大提升空间。从五大经济带城市开放型经济发展效益来看,表现出显著的阶梯性特点,且高行政级别城市数量、先进企业数量、技术创新能力是决定我国五大经济带城市开放型经济可持续发展的必要条件。

In this new era of our country strategy of regional economic integration on the basis of the connotation and denotation,from the open economy foundation,the stock of the open economy and increment and the quality of the open economy and open economy comparative advantage four aspects to design the core economic belt at the present stage in China urban open economy evaluation framework,and with the coastal economic belt,beijing-guangzhou jingha economic zone,the Yangtze river economic belt,an economic zone,kunming economic belt in 60 developed cities data for the study of the basis,to evaluate the status of the open economy development.The results show that the beijing-Guangzhou Beijing-Harbin Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt have the highest level of urban open economic development,followed by the coastal economic belt,and the Longhai Lanxin economic Belt and Baohai-Kunming economic Belt still have great room for improvement.From the perspective of the development benefits of the open economy in the cities of the five economic belts,it shows a significant step character,and the number of cities with high administrative levels,the number of advanced enterprises and the ability of technological innovation are the necessary conditions for the sustainable development of the open economy in the cities of the five economic belts in China.
