摘要
【目的】以新鲜油茶(Camellia oleifera)花粉为材料探究油茶液体授粉花粉液的配制方法,为实现无人机的辅助授粉提供可能。【方法】以广西广泛种植的"岑软2号"和"岑软3号"油茶新鲜花粉为材料,通过测定花粉液中花粉浓度与花粉生活力来确定最优的油茶液体授粉花粉液的配方。【结果】当花粉液中的黄原胶、蔗糖和硼酸的质量分数分别为0.04%,10%和0.015%时,"岑软2号"和"岑软3号"油茶花粉的稳定性与生活力可以得到最有效地保持。【结论】最优油茶花粉液配方为油茶无人机辅助授粉提供了可能性,并可一定程度上解决因花粉资源限制而导致的油茶坐果率低下的问题。
[Purposes]Fresh Camellia Oleifera pollen was used as the material to explore the preparation method of C.oleifera pollen suspension,so as to provide the possibility for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)assisted pollination.[Methods]Taking fresh pollen of Cenruan No.2 and Cenruan No.3 as materials,the optimal formula of C.oleifera pollen suspension was determined by measuring the pollen concentration and pollen viability.[Findings]When the mass fraction of xanthan gum,sucrose and boric acid in pollen suspension is 0.04%,10%,and 0.015%respectively,the stability and viability of C.oleifera pollen of Cenruan No.2 and Cenruan No.3 in pollen suspension can be maintained most effectively.[Conclusions]The optimal formulation of C.oleifera pollen suspension provides the possibility for UAV assisted pollination,and solves the problem of low fruit setting rate of C.oleifera caused by pollen resource limitation to a certain extent.
