摘要
文章探究孕期健身产品的设计策略。从心流体验视角出发,结合孕妇的健身需求,分析孕期健身产品的设计现状。得到从心流体验的三个阶段——事前阶段(进入心流状态的必要三因素)、经验阶段(交互愉悦维持心流体验状态)、效果阶段(注重情感互动强化心流体验)3个层面提升孕期健身产品使用体验的设计方法。基于心流理论的孕期健身产品设计,能够为孕妇带来更愉悦的精神享受,提升其参与动机与满意度,有效满足孕妇的健身诉求,为孕期健身产品设计提供了新思路。
The article explores the design strategy of fitness products during pregnancy.From the perspective of cardiac flow experience,combined with the fitness needs of pregnant women,the design status of fitness products during pregnancy is analyzed.Obtained from the three stages of flow experience:the pre-event stage(the three necessary factors to enter the flow state);the experience stage(interactive pleasure to maintain the flow experience state);the effect stage(focus on emotional interaction to strengthen the flow experience)3 levels of improvement The design method of the experience of using fitness products during pregnancy.The design of fitness products during pregnancy based on the flow theory can bring more joyful spiritual enjoyment to pregnant women,enhance their motivation and satisfaction of participation,effectively meet the fitness demands of pregnant women,and provide new ideas for the design of fitness products during pregnancy.
