城市生态系统休闲娱乐服务受偿意愿及价值评估——以武汉市武昌区为例

Willingness to accept compensation for recreation services of urbanecosystem and its value assessment:a case study in the WuchangDistrict of Wuhan City,China

城市居民福祉和城市可持续发展离不开城市生态系统服务.以武昌区为研究对象,基于CVM方法建立居民对城市生态系统休闲娱乐服务受偿意愿模型,利用二元Logistic模型、有序Ordinal模型及实际调查数据,分析居民对武昌区城市生态系统休闲娱乐服务的受偿意愿及影响因素,并测算其休闲娱乐服务经济价值.结果表明:1)65.06%的受访居民有受偿意愿,平均受偿金额为554.01元·人^(-1)·a^(-1).2)受访者的学历对受偿意愿(P<0.1)有显著正影响,居住地对受偿金额(P<0.1)有显著负影响,生态系统服务损失对受访者的影响程度对受偿金额(P<0.01)有显著正影响,表明受偿行为不仅受社会经济因素的影响,而且与受访者的受教育水平、对生态系统服务的认知程度等非经济因素密切相关.3)2019年武昌区城市生态系统休闲娱乐服务的经济价值为39.82亿元,是武昌区当年地区产总值的2.6%,表明城市生态系统非使用价值有巨大经济潜力.

The well-being of urban residents and the sustainable development of cities are inseparable from urban ecosystem services.Based on the CVM method,a compensation willingness model of residents’loss of leisure and entertainment services in urban ecosystem was established.Using binary Logistic model,ordered Ordinal model and actual survey data,residents’willingness to accept compensation of the leisure and entertainment services in urban ecosystem and its contributing factor were analysed,and the economic value of leisure and entertainment services was estimated.The results showed as follows:1)65.06%of the surveyed residents had the willingness of receiving compensation,and the average amount of compensation was 554.01 yuan·person^(-1)·a^(-1).2)The educational background of the interviewees had a significant positive effect on the compensation willingness(P<0.1),the residence had a significant negative effect on the compensation amount(P<0.1),and the impact degree of ecosystem service loss on the interviewees had a significant positive effect on the compensation amount(P<0.01).It showed that the willingness to accept compensation is not only affected by socioeconomic factors,but also closely related to non-economic factors such as the education level of respondents and the degree of perception of ecosystem services.3)It was estimated that the economic value of leisure and entertainment services of urban ecosystem in Wuchang District was 3.982 billion yuan in 2019,which is 2.6%of the total GDP of Wuchang District in that year,indicating that the non-use value of urban ecosystem had great economic potential.
