江汉平原固定资产投资的时空特征及其影响因素

Temporal and spatial characteristics of fixed assets investment in Jianghan Plain and its influencing factors

合理有效的固定资产投资对于扩大内需,加快构建双循环的新发展格局具有重要意义.本文中采用协整检验和误差修正模型,基于Eviews 9.0、ArcGIS 10.2等技术平台对江汉平原2008—2017年固定资产投资效益的时空特征进行分析刻画,采用面板数据模型对江汉平原固定资产投资的相关影响因素进行定量测算.研究结果显示,江汉平原各市、区(县)固定资产投资效益的空间差异较为明显,呈现一定的南北分异性特征.政府支持力度、经济消费水平及产业结构情况等是影响江汉平原固定资产投资效益空间分异的重要因素,其中经济消费水平是其主导影响因子,而政府支持力度影响相对较小.据此可采取针对性的措施提升固定资产投资效益.

Reasonable and effective investment in fixed assets is of great significance to expand domestic demand and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of double circulation.In this paper,the co-integration test and error correction model were used to analyze and characterize the spatial and temporal characteristics of the investment benefits of fixed assets in Jianghan Plain from 2008 to 2017 based on Eviews 9.0,ArcGIS 10.2 and other technical platforms.The panel data model was used to quantitatively calculate the relevant influencing factors of the investment of fixed assets in Jianghan Plain.The results show that the spatial difference of fixed asset investment efficiency of cities,districts(counties)in Jianghan Plain is obvious,showing certain characteristics of north-south differentiation.Government support level,economic consumption level and industrial structure are the important factors affecting the spatial differentiation of fixed asset investment benefits in Jianghan Plain.Among them,economic consumption level is the most influential,while government support level is the least influential.Accordingly,targeted measures can be taken to enhance the efficiency of fixed assets investment.
