天津市制造业企业创新战略与创新能力的耦合机理研究

摘要 创新对于企业的生存发展至关重要,在实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,天津市制造业企业的创新战略能否显著提升企业创新能力,企业创新战略与企业创新能力是否耦合,若耦合,其机理是怎么样的,厘清该关系对促进企业创新具有重要意义。以天津市219家百人以上制造业企业为样本,采用结构方程模型对此进行研究,结果发现,天津市制造业企业的利用式创新战略与渐进式创新正向耦合,协调柔性HRM和利用式学习在该耦合过程中发挥着部分中介作用;天津市制造业企业的探索式创新战略与激进式创新正向耦合,资源柔性HRM在该耦合过程中发挥着部分中介作用,而探索式学习在该耦合过程中不能发挥中介作用,天津市制造业企业应进一步提升探索式学习能力,以期更好地推动激进式创新能力;天津市制造业企业的激进式创新能力明显逊色于渐进式创新能力。 Innovation is vital to the survival of the enterprise development.Under the background of implementing the development strategy of innovation drive,the innovation strategy of Tianjin manufacturing enterprises can significantly improve enterprise innovation ability or not,and the enterprise innovation strategy and innovation ability is coupling or not.If coupling,what is its mechanism?To clarify these relationships is of great significance to promote enterprise innovation.Taking 219 manufacturing enterprises with more than 100 employees in Tianjin as samples,the Structural Equation Model is adopted to conduct the research.The results show that the exploitative innovation strategy and exploitative innovation of manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin are positively coupled,and the coordination-flexibility-oriented HRM and exploitative learning play a part of the intermediary role in the coupling process.The exploratory innovation strategy and exploratory innovation of manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin are positively coupled,and the resource-flexibility-oriented HRM plays a partial intermediary role in the process of the coupling,and exploratory learning can’t play a role of intermediary in the process of the coupling.In order to promoting the exploratory innovation,Tianjin manufacturing enterprises should further promote exploratory learning ability.The exploratory innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin is obviously inferior to the exploitative innovation ability.
