Application of BIM Technology in the Whole Process Cost Estimation of the Construction

以增强对建筑施工全过程造价的预估性能为目的,在研究过程中引入了BIM技术,构建了一种新的建筑施工全过程造价预估模型。首先对面板数据展开分析,并构建造价预估过程的统计模板函数;然后采用模板特征匹配的方式对全过程造价展开描述性统计分析。根据分析结果,采用BIM信息化特征分析方法完成自适应寻优控制,从而提取建筑施工全过程造价的模糊相关性特征量。基于此,采用相似度变换方法进行建筑施工全过程造价预估过程中的寻优控制和特征优化检测,实现对全过程造价的自适应评估。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行建筑施工全过程造价预估的精度较高,自适应性较好,提高了建筑施工全过程造价预估和施工造价管理能力。

To enhance the performance of the whole-process construction cost estimation,this paper introduces BIM technology and constructs a new whole-process construction cost estimation model.Firstly,the panel data is analyzed,and the statistical template function of the cost estimation process is constructed.Then descriptive statistical analysis of the whole process cost is carried out by using template feature matching method.Based on the analysis results,BIM information-based feature analysis method is used to complete the adaptive optimization control to extract the fuzzy correlation characteristic quantity of the whole process construction cost.Based on this,the similarity transformation method is adopted to carry out the optimization control and feature optimization detection in the whole process cost estimation of building construction to realize the adaptive evaluation of the whole process cost.The simulation results show that the method has the advantages of high precision,good self-adaptability,high construction cost estimation and construction cost management ability.
