摘要 供应链生态系统监管失控是经济发展的巨大威胁。基于供应链协同理论,创新大数据时代供应链生态系统监管的信息组织建设研究框架,建立区控中心“互联网+SCER追溯平台”的运行结构。在此基础上,分析“互联网+SCER追溯平台”供应链生态的发展模式,探讨区控中心“互联网+SCER追溯平台”的空间结构优化,通过建模仿真分析来证明大数据平台下信息共享中信息流传递效率,实现信息共享价值的增值与创造。进一步提出建设路径:加快完善对大数据时代供应链生态系统监管的顶层设计,加强政策支持;大力促进大数据时代的新信息技术与供应链生态系统监管的深度融合,加大信息风险防范与结构优化的力度;全面加强大数据时代供应链生态系统监管领域的自主创新,提高整体创新实力;营造大数据时代供应链生态系统监管的创新环境,提高产业链供应链核心竞争力。能够为保障供应链生态系统监管高效建设,推动高质量发展提供理论参考。 The uncontrolled regulation of supply chain ecosystem poses a great threat to economic development.Based on the supply chain coordination theory,the research framework of information organization construction of supply chain ecosystem supervision in the era of big data is innovated,and the operation structure of“Internet+SCER traceability platform”of district control center is established.On this basis,the development mode of supply chain ecology of“Internet+SCER traceability platform”is analyzed,and the spatial structure optimization of“Internet+SCER traceability platform”in district control center is discussed.Through modeling and simulation analysis,the efficiency of information flow transfer in information sharing under big data platform is proved,and the value increment and creation of information sharing value is realized.In this paper the author puts forward the construction path:accelerate the improvement of the top design of the supply chain ecosystem supervision in the era of big data and strengthen policy support;vigorously promote the deep integration of new information technology in the era of big data and the supervision of supply chain ecosystem,and increase the strength of information risk prevention and structural optimization;comprehensively strengthen independent innovation in the field of supply chain ecosystem supervision in the era of big data to improve the overall innovation strength;create an innovative environment for the supervision of supply chain ecosystems in the era of big data and improve the core competitiveness of industrial chains and supply chains.It can also provide theoretical reference for ensuring efficient construction of supply chain ecosystem supervision and promoting high-quality development.
