摘要
乡村教师是发展更加公平更有质量乡村教育的基础支撑。根据《乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020年)》,立足高校区域发展优势,创新“高校教师-乡村教师-教研员-职前教师”四方为主体的教师专业成长实践共同体。UGS三位一体协同育人机制,保障了实践共同体作用的发挥,形成乡村教师专业发展的“四三”模式,该模式助推乡村教师专业成长,助力乡村教育发展。
Rural teachers are the basic support for the development of more equitable and quality rural education.According to The Support Plan for Rural Teachers'(2015-2020),based on the regional development advantages of colleges and universities,a practical community of teachers’professional development with four subjects of"college teachers,rural teachers,teaching researchers and pre-service teachers"has been constructed.The UGS trinity of collaborative education mechanism ensures the role of the community of practice,and then forms a 4-3model to promote the professional growth of rural teachers and the development of rural education.
