新时代地方应用型高校学生工作体系创新与实践探索

Innovation and Practice of Student Work System in Local Applied Colleges and Universities in the New Era

学生工作是应用型高校培养应用型人才的重要载体,应秉承以学生为本的育人理念,始终把握为党育人、为国育才的育人方向,依托专业的学生工作队伍来实现全员、全程、全方位育人。目前,我国某些应用型高校的学生工作在理念、模式、工作者队伍建设等方面依然存在一些问题。基于此,菏泽学院坚持问题导向,紧紧围绕落实立德树人根本任务,创新“12345”学生工作体系,实施“八大工程”,形成了“八创新八构建”的学生工作新模式。

As an important carrier for applied colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented talents,student work should adhere to the student-oriented education concept,always grasp the education direction of educating talents for the party and the country,and rely on the professional student work team to realize full,whole and all-round education.At present,there are still some problems in the concept,mode and staff construction of student work in some applied colleges and universities in China.Based on the above,Heze University adheres to the problem-based orientation,closely focuses on the implementation of the fundamental task of Establishing Morality and Cultivating Talents,creates the“12345”student work system,implements Eight Major Projects,and forms a new student work mode of Eight Innovations and Eight Constructions.
