疫情常态化下大学生心理危机干预研究

Intervention on College Students’Psychological Crisis under the Background of Epidemic Normalization

新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延,对大学生的心理健康产生了较大影响,疫情常态化下高校开展心理危机干预十分必要。高校应充分利用线上网络阵地,加强大学生心理健康辅导,不定期开展应对突发事件能力培训,实践训练与理论教育相结合,对不同人格特质的大学生针对性的采取保护机制,并通过加强家校合作,全面开展大学生心理健康教育工作。

The continuous spread of COVID-19 has had a great impact on students’psychological health,and it’s very necessary to carry out intervention on their psychological crisis in colleges and universities.Schools should make full use of online network positions,strengthen psychological counseling,irregularly carry out ability training to deal with emergencies,combine practical training with theoretical education,implement targeted protection mechanism for students with different personality traits,strengthen home-school cooperation,and comprehensively carry out psychological health education for students in colleges and universities.
