摘要
文章基于文献研究法、调查问卷法,归纳了四类13个影响大学生在线课程学习质量的主要因素,以及基于模糊结构解释模型法,构建了大学生在线学习质量影响因素的结构关系模型,得到一四层的递阶结构模型,然后通过交叉影响矩阵相乘法鉴别驱动力因素和依赖性因素。分析认为,网络环境、授课内容、考核标准、课程难易度、课程重要度需重点关注与干预,进而提出五点建议,以期对提升大学生在线学习质量提供理论依据和参考意见。
Based on the literature research method and questionnaire method,this paper firstly summarizes four categories of 13 factors influencing the quality of college students'online course learning.Then the structural relationship model of College Students'online learning quality was constructed by Fuzzy-ISM,and a four layer hierarchical structure model was obtained.Next,the driving factors and dependent factors were identified based on MICMAC and the factors should be focused and intervened which including network environment,teaching content,assessment standards,course difficulty and course importance.Finally,five suggestions were put forward in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the quality of College Students'online learning.
