Finite Element Analysis of Curtain Wall Sealant Strip

使用有限元分析软件Abaqus对幕墙密封胶条压缩变形情况进行了分析,综述了密封胶条的材料本构关系及取值方式,介绍了密封胶条有限元分析的建模过程。在此基础上,通过幕墙密封胶条实例分析与优化,进一步说明有限元分析对密封胶条设计的优势。

In this article,the compression deformation of curtain wall sealant strip is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software Abaqus,the material constitutive relationship and value selection method of sealant strip are summarized,and the modeling process of finite element analysis of sealant strip is introduced.On this basis,through the example analysis and optimization of curtain wall sealant strip,it further explains the advantages of finite element analysis in the design of sealant strip.
