摘要
分析了目前中国建筑防水行业的市场基本态势:产业集中度正在迅速提升,头部企业瓜分大部分市场蛋糕、中小企业生存空间被大大压缩的格局正在形成;指出:与大企业比拼,中小企业在规模、成本、品牌、人才、资金、渠道等方面都劣势尽显,唯有利用“专精特新”突围,才能继续活下去。
This paper analyzes the basic market situation of China's construction waterproofing industry:the industrial concentration is increasing rapidly,and a pattern of which the leading enterprises divide up most of the market and the living space of small and medium-sized enterprises is greatly compressed is taking shape;it is pointed out that compared with large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises have obvious disadvantages in terms of scale,cost,brand,human resource,capital and channels.Only by following the principle of“specialization and innovation”can they continue to live.
