摘要
根据GB/T 27418-2017《测量不确定度评定与表示》及JJF 1135-2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》中的相关规定,建立数学模型,通过分析不确定度各分量的来源并进行计算、评估,由此合成相对标准不确定度,不确定度的主要来源于工作曲线、标准品和样品测定重复性。该方法可用于气质联用法(GC-MS)测定12种N-亚硝基胺含量不确定度的评定。
According to GB/T 27418-2017"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"and JJF 1135-2005“Evaluation of uncertainty in Chemical Analysis and Measurement”,a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation is established,and the relative standard uncertainty is synthesized through the analysis and evaluation of each component of the uncertainty.The most important source of measurement uncertainty are the standard curve and reference material.The method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of N-nitrosamines in Rubber Materials by GC-MS Method.
