RNA-seq评估子宫内膜容受状态指导既往种植失败患者成功妊娠10例报道及分析

En dometrial Receptivity Assessment with RNA-seqand Guidance of Successful Pregnancy in 10 Patients with Previous Implantation Failure:Report and Analysis

目的通过对子宫内膜实施微创活检取样,并运用RNA-seq结合机器学习分析方法检测子宫内膜组织中相关基因表达情况,预测最佳子宫内膜容受状态指导胚胎移植并进行临床妊娠结局跟踪。方法对11个既往冻胚移植失败患者进行子宫内膜组织取样,行子宫内膜容受性检测(ERT),根据机器学习分析方法,预测种植窗时间,并指导冻胚移植,进行临床妊娠结局观察和分析。结果根据ERT检测结果,进行胚胎移植,最终10例成功妊娠。结论基于RNA-seq检测手段进行ERT能够指导既往移植失败患者胚胎移植,妊娠成功率高。

Objective Toimplement minimally invasive biopsy on endometrium and detect the expression of related genes in endometrial tissues throughRNA-seq combined with machine learning analysis,thus predicting the optimal endometrial receptivity,guiding embryo transplantation and tracking clinical pregnancy outcomes.Methods The endometrial tissues of 11 patients with previous frozen embryo transplantation failure were sampled for endometrial receptivity test(ERT).Using the machine learning analysis, the planting window time was predicted for the guidance of frozen embryo transplantation,and the clinical pregnancy outcome was observed and analyzed.Results 10 cases of frozen embryo transplantationguided by ERT achieved successful pregnancy.Conclusion Results of ERT based on RNA-seq detection can guide the embryo transfer of patients with previous transplantation failure and achieves high rate of successful pregnancy.
