中药师参与介导严重精神障碍患者服药训练方法探讨

Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists participating in medication training for patients with severe mental disorders

本文旨在对中药师参与介导严重精神障碍患者服药训练的方法进行探讨,为日后中药师开展服药训练提供丰富的原始资料和依据。由江门市第三人民医院中药师与西药师共同组建药师团队,为社区精神障碍患者提供服药训练课程,提高患者的服药依从性。结果显示中药师可以发挥自身的优点,为社区的严重精神障碍患者提供服药训练,提高其服药依从性。

In this paper,the methods of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists’participating in medication training for patients with severe mental disorders were discussed in order to provide rich original data and basis for traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists to carry out medication training in the future.traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists and Western pharmacists in our hospital jointly set up a pharmacist team to provide medication training courses for patients with mental disorders in the community and improve their medication compliance.The results showed that TCM pharmacists could play to their own advantages to provide medication training for patients with severe mental disorders in the community and improve their medication compliance.
