基于数据挖掘分析含白芍-甘草药对成方制剂的组方规律

An analysis of prescription rules of traditional Chinese patent medicine containing the couplet medicines of radix paeoniae alba and radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae based on data mining

目的:分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》(以下简称《中药成方制剂》)中含白芍和甘草药对(以下简称“白芍-甘草”)成方制剂的组方规律,以期更好地指导临床,并为新药研发提供参考。方法:收集《中药成方制剂》中含白芍-甘草的所有成方制剂,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)(以下简称TCMISS)建立数据库,采用该软件的频次统计、关联规则等数据挖掘方法,对主治证候和疾病进行频次分析,并对高频证候和疾病的组方规律进行分析。结果:含白芍-甘草成方制剂共327首,主治证候共88种,主治疾病共131种。高频证候气血两虚证、气滞血瘀证和高频主治疾病月经失调、眩晕的核心药物组合均以八珍汤为基本方,但加减变化因病证不同差异较大。气血两虚证最常配伍黄芪以增强补气作用、陈皮以理气健脾,补而不滞。气滞血瘀证最常配伍香附疏肝理气、延胡索活血止痛、陈皮理气健脾。月经失调最常配伍香附疏肝理气、陈皮理气健脾、砂仁化湿行气、阿胶补血止血。眩晕最常配伍黄芪补气升阳。结论:该研究通过大数据客观地探讨了含白芍-甘草成方制剂的组方规律,为白芍-甘草的临床运用提供了客观依据。

Objective:To analyze the composition rules of prescription containing the couplet medicines radix paeoniae alba-radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae in Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine in order to better guide clinical practice and provide reference for researching and inventing new Chinese medicine.Methods:All of the prescriptions containing radix paeoniae alba and radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae in traditional Chinese patent medicine were collected and recorded into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)for setting up a database.Using data mining methods such as frequency statistics and correlation rule of this software,the frequency of attending syndromes and attending diseases were analyzed,and the prescription rules of high frequency attending syndromes and diseases were analyzed.Results:There were a total of 327 prescriptions containing radix paeoniae alba-radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae,88 attending syndromes and 131 attending diseases.Among them,high frequency syndrome were syndrome of deficiency of both Qi(气)and blood,syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.High frequency attending diseases were menstruation disorders and vertigo.Medicine combination for the treatment of syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and diseases such as menstruation disorders and vertigo were all based on the Bazhen decoction(八珍汤).But the addition and subtraction changes of medicine combination for the treatment of different diseases and syndromes are very different.The most commonly used medicines compatibility of syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and blood were astragalus membranaceus,which can strengthen the function of invigorating Qi,and tangerine peel,which can regulate Qi and fortify the spleen,and they can make supplement without stagnation.The most commonly used medicines compatibility of syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis were Cyperus Rotundus,which can soothe the liver and regulate Qi,corydalis turtschaninovii,which can activate blood to relieve pain,and tangerine peel,which can regulate Qi and fortify the spleen.The most commonly used medicines compatibility of menstruation disorder were cyperus rotundus,which can soothe the liver and regulate Qi,tangerine peel,which can regulate Qi and fortify the spleen,amomum villosum,which can resolve dampness and move Qi,and colla cori asini,which can tonify blood and stop bleeding.The most commonly used medicines compatibility of vertigo was astragalus membranaceus,which can strengthen the function of invigorating Qi and raising Yang(阳).Conclusion:This study objectively discusses the composition rules of prescription containing radix paeoniae alba-radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae through big data,and provides an objective basis for clinical application of radix paeoniae alba-radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae.
