丹红注射液联合泼尼松龙用于特发性肺纤维化患者的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Prednisolone on Patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:探究特发性肺纤维化患者应用丹红注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2018年4月至2020年10月收治的82例特发性肺纤维化患者为研究对象,按照随机表法分成两组,其中41例使用泼尼松龙治疗的患者为对照组,另外41例使用丹红注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗的患者为实验组,分析两种不同方案的疗效。结果:治疗前,实验组与对照组的PEF、FEV_(1)、FVC、TLC对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组明显提升(P<0.05);治疗前,实验组和对照组的HRCT半定量评分、PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)对比差异较小(P>0.05)。治疗后实验组PaO_(2)明显提升,HRCT半定量评分、PaCO_(2)明显下降(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总有效率92.68%显著高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05);治疗前,实验组与对照组的通气量、TGF-β1对比差异较小(P>0.05)。治疗后,实验组的通气量高于对照组、TGF-β1少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特发性肺纤维化患者应用丹红注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗的效果显著,能够有效改善肺气肿和肺纤维化,提升肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with prednisolone in the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:We selected 2018 from April to October 2020 of 82 cases of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis as the research object,according to the random table method is divided into two groups,41 cases treated with prednisone dragon patients as control group,another 41 cases with Dan red injection combined therapy with prednisone dragon as the experimental group,patients with analysis of the curative effect of two different solutions.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PEF,FEV_(1),FVC,and TLC between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05);before treatment,the HRCT of the experimental group and the control group was semi-quantitative The score,PaCO_(2),PaO_(2) had relatively small differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO_(2) of the experimental group was significantly increased,and the HRCT semi-quantitative score and PaCO_(2) were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the total effective rate of 92.68%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,73.17%(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was little difference in ventilation and TGF-β1 between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the ventilation volume of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and TGF-β1 was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection combined with prednisolone in the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has significant effect,can effectively improve emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis,and improve lung function.
