9味中药对儿童呼吸道多重耐药菌的体外药敏试验结果分析

Analysis of in Vitro Drug Susceptibility Test Results of 9 Traditional Chinese Medicines Against Multi-drug Resistant Bacteria in Children's Respiratory Tract

目的:探讨9味中药对儿童呼吸道多重耐药菌的体外药敏试验结果。方法:从2019年1月至2020年6月肇庆市端州华佗医院、肇庆市第一人民医院儿科门诊及住院患儿呼吸道标本中分离出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、多重耐药肺炎链球菌等五种多重耐药菌;同时,制备黄芩、连翘、千层纸、金银花、蒲公英、桑白皮、杷叶、浙贝母、龙脷叶9味中药,对儿童呼吸道多重耐药菌进行体外中药药敏试验,并分析其试验结果。结果:由9味中药药敏试验结果可知:金银花对MRSA、ESBLs-Eco、MDR-SP抑菌活性最强,黄芩对ESBLs-Kpn、MDR-SP、MDR-HIB抑菌活性最强。结论:金银花、黄芩、千层纸、连翘、蒲公英等中药对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、多重耐药肺炎链球菌等5种儿童呼吸道多重耐药菌具有较好的抑菌效果。

Objective:To investigate the in vitro susceptibility test results of 9 traditional Chinese medicines against multi-drug resistant bacteria in children's respiratory tract.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and multi-drug resistant pneumonia were isolated from the respiratory tract specimens of pediatric outpatients and inpatients at Huatuo Hospital of Duanzhou,Zhaoqing First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City Streptococcus and other five kinds of multi-drug resistant bacteria;At the same time,prepare 9 traditional Chinese medicines of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Forsythia suspense,Melaleuca paper,Honeysuckle,Dandelion,Mulberry bark,Loquat leaf,Fritillaria vulgaris,and Dragon loquat leaf,which are multi-drug resistant to children's respiratory tract.Bacteria conduct in vitro drug sensitivity test of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze the test results.Results:According to the susceptibility test results of 9 traditional Chinese medicines,honeysuckle has the strongest antibacterial activity against MRSA,ESBLs-Eco and MDR-SP,and Scutellaria baicalensis has the strongest antibacterial activity against ESBLs-Kpn,MDR-SP and MDR-HIB.Conclusion:Honeysuckle,Scutellaria baicalensis,Melaleuca,Forsythia,Dandelion and other traditional Chinese medicines have good antibacterial effects on 5 kinds of children's respiratory tract multi-drug-resistant bacteria,including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and multi-drug resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae.
