对比应用垂中距与体重选择BlockBuster喉罩型号的安全性研究

Safety Study of BlockBuster Throat Mask Model by Comparing Vertical Center Distance and Body Weight

目的:探究根据垂中距与体重选择BlockBuster喉罩型号的安全性与准确性。方法:选择2019年1月至2021年5月在本院进行过全麻手术治疗的118例患者为研究对象,按照手术前后顺序分成2组,其中根据垂中距选择BlockBuster喉罩型号的59例患者为实验组,根据体重选择BlockBuster喉罩型号的59例患者为对照组,全部予以麻醉诱导后,置入相应型号的BlockBuster喉罩,通气无异常后记录并对比两组的喉罩一次性成功置入率、置入用时、胃管插入成功率、喉罩密封压、气道压、门齿距固定片的距离、咽喉疼痛、黏膜损伤、声音嘶哑、喉罩带血、咽痛VAS评分。结果:实验组与对照组的胃管插入成功率无明显对比差异(P>0.05)。实验组的喉罩一次性成功置入率高于对照组、置入用时少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的喉罩密封压、气道压以及门齿距固定片的距离与对照组无明显对比差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者术后咽喉疼痛、黏膜损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者声音嘶哑、喉罩带血发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组术后咽痛VAS评分少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根据垂中距选择BlockBuster喉罩型号的安全性高,且操作时间少、一次性置入成功率高。

Objective:To explore the safety of BlockBuster throat mask model based on vertical center distance and body weight.Method:118 patients who underwent general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the order before and after the operation.Among them,59 of the BlockBuster laryngeal mask model was selected according to the vertical distance.One patient was in the experimental group.59 patients with BlockBuster laryngeal mask were selected as the control group according to their weight.After induction of anesthesia,the corresponding BlockBuster laryngeal mask was placed.After ventilation was not abnormal,the two groups of laryngeal masks were recorded and compared.The success rate of insertion,the time of insertion,the success rate of gastric tube insertion,the sealing pressure of the laryngeal mask,the airway pressure,the distance between the incisors and the fixed film,throat pain,mucosal injury,hoarseness,blood in the laryngeal mask,and sore throat VAS score.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate of gastric tube insertion between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The laryngeal mask implantation rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at one time,and the insertion time was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The laryngeal mask sealing pressure,airway pressure and the distance between the incisor and the fixed plate of the experimental group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative throat pain and mucosal injury in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hoarseness and blood in the laryngeal mask between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score of postoperative pharyngeal pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Choosing BlockBuster laryngeal mask model according to vertical center distance has high safety,less operation time and high success rate of one-time placement.
