水栒子果肉低聚原花青素的提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:以水栒子果肉为实验材料,利用离子液体微波辅助提取法提取水栒子果肉中低聚原花青素,并对提取条件进行优化。方法:分别考察离子液体种类及浓度、液料比、浸泡时间、微波辐射时间及功率、提取次数,对低聚原花青素提取率的影响。结果:优化后工艺条件如下:1.00mol/L[C_(4)mim]Br作为提取溶剂,液料比20∶1(mL/g)、浸泡时间1h、390W微波辐射10min、提取次数1次。结论:在该提取过程下,低聚原花青素平均提取率为17.8%。 Objactive:Taking the Cotoneaster multiflorus as experimental material,the Ionic liquid-based microwave-assisted extraction method was used to extract oligomeric proanthocyanidins from Cotoneaster multiflorus Pulp.Methods:The influence factors,just as the kinds and concentration of Ionic liquid,liquid-solid ratio,soak time,microwave radiation time and power,and extraction times on the yield of oligomeric proanthocyanidins were studied.Results:The optimized process conditions are as follows:1.00mol/L[C_(4) mim]Br as solvent,ratio of liquid to solid 20∶1(mL/g),soak 1 hour,390W microwave radiation for 10 minutes,extract 1 time.Conclusion:Under those optimized conditions,the yield of t oligomeric proanthocyanidins from Cotoneaster multiflorus pulp was 17.8%.
