摘要
当前很多汽车后市场企业尝试开展汽车养护线上平台的运营,但经营状况参差不齐,为了更好地结合互联网技术打造优秀的汽车养护线上平台,笔者以途虎养车为例,基于大数据技术分析其线上平台的运营优势。当前市场上的维修保养自营性企业可以借鉴途虎养车运营模式,尝试搭建商品数据库,减少零配件周转环节,以提高用户粘性,同时配合线下自营门店或合作商开展汽车服务工作,进一步提高消费者的信任感,为企业带来更多收益。
At present, many automobile aftermarket enterprises try to carry out the operation of automobile maintenance online platform, but the operation status is uneven. In order to better combine Internet technology to create an excellent automobile maintenance online platform, the author takes Tuhu car maintenance as an example to analyze the operation advantages of its online platform based on big data technology. At present, the maintenance self-supporting enterprises in the market can learn from the Tuhu car raising operation mode, try to build a commodity database and reduce the turnover of spare parts, so as to improve the stickiness of users. At the same time, they can cooperate with offline self-supporting stores or partners to carry out automobile service, so as to further improve the trust of consumers and bring more benefits to the enterprise.
