双黄散结散对缓解肿瘤疼痛的护理疗效观察

Nursing effect observation of Shuanghuang Sanjie powder on relieving tumor pain

目的:探讨对于癌症疼痛的患者,使用中药双黄散结散辅助干预对缓解患者疼痛的效果。方法:选取梅州市第二中医医院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的65例癌症疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组33例与对照组32例,对照组给予患者规范化疼痛护理,具体包括疼痛评估及指导、疼痛干预、心理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上增加双黄散结散辅助干预,两组均进行3个月的干预及随访,采取数字分级法(NRS)评价及比较两组患者护理干预前后的疼痛缓解情况,此外采取自制的满意度问卷调查两组患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果:干预前观察组患者疼痛评分(NRS评分)为(6.42±0.86)分,对照组为(6.33±0.84)分,对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.427,P=0.671),干预1个月、3个月观察组患者NRS评分分别为(3.42±0.54)分、(2.65±0.45)分,对照组分别为(4.41±0.67)分、(3.62±0.51)分,观察组患者在干预1、3个月后的NRS评分上均明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.569,8.137,P=0.000,0.000);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为96.97%(32/33),显著高于对照组81.25%(26/32)的满意度,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.178,P=0.041)。结论:对于因癌症发生疼痛的患者,在常规护理干预的基础上,使用双黄散结散辅助干预的方式,可更有效地缓解患者疼痛,提高患者的满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of using Chinese medicine Shuanghuang Sanjie powder(双黄散结散)as an auxiliary intervention for patients with cancer pain.Methods:65 patients with cancer pain admitted to Meizhou Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into 33 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.The control group was given standardized pain care,including pain assessment and guidance,pain intervention,psychological intervention,the observation group received Shuanghuang Sanjie powder supplementary intervention on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were subjected to 3-month intervention and follow-up,and the numerical classification method(NRS)was used to evaluate and compare the two groups of patients pain relief before and after nursing intervention,in addition,a self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing work.Results:Before intervention,the pain score(NRS score)of the observation group was(6.42±0.86)points,and that of the control group was(6.33±0.84)points.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.427,P=0.671).After intervention,the NRS scores of the observation group were(3.42±0.54)points and(2.65±0.45)points respectively,and those of the control group were(4.41±0.67)points,(3.62±0.51)points respectively,and the NRS scores of the observation group 3 months after intervention were all significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.569,8.137,P=0.000,0.000);the observation group patients’satisfaction with nursing work was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.25%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.178,P=0.041).Conclusion:For patients suffering from cancer pain,on the basis of conventional nursing intervention,the supplementary intervention of Shuanghuang Sanjie powder can relieve the pain more effectively and improve the satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
