中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床研究

Clinical study on integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:探讨中西医结合非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的有效方法。方法:采用腰椎气液刀微创介入治疗,干扰电治疗法,电针疗法,腰痛宁。结果:210例患者中,治愈30例,显效122例,有效45例,无效13例。经统计学处理P<0.05,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:该治疗方法可以迅速改善或消除腰椎间盘突出的症状,促进受压神经修复,是非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Objective:To explore a good method of non-operative integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Patients were treated with minimally invasive interventional treatment,interferential electric treatment,electroacupuncture and Yaotongning.Results:After treatment,out of 210 cases,30 cases were cured and 122 cases had remarkable effects,45 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective.The difference of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment method can effectively relive the pain symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation.It can promote the repair of compressed nerve and is an effective non-operative method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
