新时代高校推进“三全育人”的价值意蕴与实践路径 被引量:8

摘要 “三全育人”是新时代高等教育立德树人的主体话语和高校推进综合改革的重要方略,也是中国特色社会主义教育思想的时代反映。其价值内涵彰显了“育人”的核心价值,展现了新时代一种创新的教育形态,同时也体现出一种源于思政、超越思政的方法论意义。在实践导向上,高校“三全育人”要注重抓好三个核心要素:立足“全”字构建育人格局,把握“融”字推进思政与学生生活世界融合,突出“践”字推进学生在学习实践中知行合一。新时代推进高校“三全育人”的改革进程,要解决好三个关键问题:强化党的教育方针的思想引领,加强高校治理体系改革的统筹推进,实现高校价值观教育与知识教育的一体化发展。 “Three-wide education”is the main discourse for higher education to strengthen morality education in the new era and an important strategy for universities to promote comprehensive reform.It is also the reflection of the educational thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its value connotation highlights the core value of“cultivating people”,shows an innovative educational form in the new era,and also reflects a methodological significance that originates from but transcends ideological and political thinking.In terms of practice orientation,collages and universities should pay attention to the three core elements of“three-wide education”:basing on the word“wide”to construct the pattern of education,focusing on the word“integration”to promote the integration of education and students’life,and highlighting the word“practice”to promote the integration of knowledge and action in learning and practice.In the new era,three key problems should be solved to advance the reform of three-wide education in universities:strengthening the ideological guidance of the Party’s educational policy,strengthening the overall promotion of the reform of the governance system in universities,and achieving the integrated development of value education and knowledge system in universities.
