摘要
普通高等学校开展劳动教育是“更高水平”人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是完成立德树人这一根本任务的主要支撑。本文通过大学生劳动教育的内涵辨析,发现大学生劳动教育存在“非教育化”“非融合化”“非课程化”等实践误区,由此得出开展大学生劳动教育应遵循教育场域“泛在”、教育者“在场”、劳动教育“集体性”、教育过程“整体性”、劳动主体“建构性”、劳动行为“真题真做”六大实践原则。
Labor education in regular institutions of higher education is an important part of the higher-level talent cultivation system and a major underpinning force for accomplishing the fundamental task of cultivating talents of high moral standards.Through the analysis of the connotation of labor education for college students,it is found that the labor education for college students faces such misunderstandings as“non-education”,“non-integration”and“non-curricularization”in its practice.Thus,the labor education for college students should follow the six principles of the ubiquity of education field,the presence of educators,the collectivity of labor education,the wholeness of the education process,the constructiveness of the subject of labor and the concreteness and authenticity of labor practice.
