摘要
《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》是特殊历史条件下诞生的重要区域性自由贸易协议,与我国20年前加入的WTO有重要的相似性,必将对区域自由贸易、经济发展和我国高等教育政策产生重要影响。本文从中国加入WTO后高等教育政策的应对经验入手,结合新的历史形势,从布鲁纳结构主义教育理论中寻求智慧和理论源泉,审视RCEP对我国高等教育政策的影响。本文期望从结构主义解构的角度克服我国高等教育存在的基本结构性问题,把握我国高等教育的基本性结构,提出应发挥制度优势,坚持党对高校的绝对领导,运用发现型教学模式,强化高等教育学科发展基本结构性内容,建立学术争议救济制度,消除RCEP对高等教育的消极影响,完善高等教育结构生态。
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,or RCEP,is an important regional free trade agreement officially signed at a special moment,similar to WTO,joining 20 years ago,and will exert great influence on free trade,economic development and higher education policies.In terms of higher education policies,based on the experience we’ve already had in WTO and the current situation,the paper will seek wisdom and theoretical support from Bruner’s structuralism theory and examine the influence of the RCEP.It aims to find solutions to structural problems in China’s higher education from the perspective of deconstruction and identify the basic structure to fully leverage its institutional advantages.With the Party’s absolute leadership,universities should apply the discovery-based teaching model,enhance the basic structural content of disciplines’development and establish a relief system for academic disputes to eliminate the negative impact of RCEP and improve the structure of higher education.
