摘要
采用小梁弯曲试验,以试件的加载次数为评价指标,对比分析了不同橡胶颗粒掺量、不同空隙率、不同油石比和不同搅拌时间四种条件下,三种橡胶沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能。分析结果表明:橡胶颗粒掺量采用20%、空隙率采用2.0%、油石比采用7%、搅拌时间为60min的加德士70号沥青制备的橡胶沥青混合料,其抗疲劳性能最优;橡胶颗粒掺量采用18%、空隙率采用2.5%、油石比采用6%、搅拌时间为60min的70号A级基质沥青得到的沥青混合料,其抗疲劳性能最优;90号A级道路石油沥青混合料在疲劳试验条件下的橡胶颗粒掺量、空隙率、油石比和搅拌时间均无最值,呈单调趋势。在工程应用中,建议采用加德士70号沥青和70号A级道路石油沥青来制备路用橡胶沥青混合料。
The trabecular bending test has been used to study the anti-fatigue performance of three kinds of rubber asphalt mixtures under four conditions of different rubber particle content,different void ratio,different asphalting ratio and different mixing time.The results have shown that the rubber asphalt mixture asphalt prepared by Caltex No.70,the anti-fatigue performance of optimal,with 20%rubber particles,2%porosity,7%oil ratio and mix for 60 minutes.Grade70 A matrix asphalt prepared by the rubber asphalt mixture,the anti-fatigue performance could achieve the best,with 18%rubber particle content,2.5%porosity,6%oil ratio and mix for 60 minutes.Grade 90 A road petroleum asphalt mixture under the fatigue test conditions,the rubber content,porosity,asphalt ratio and mixing time are not the most and show a monotonic trend.In engineering applications,the use of Caltex 70 asphalt and Grade 70 A road asphalt to produce road rubber asphalt mixture has been recommended.
