摘要
钢横隔梁作为一种新的桥梁横向连接形式,具有高空施工难度低、易于对齐、强度高等优势。104国道温州段改建工程跨金温铁路桥应用三点式钢横隔梁。钢横隔梁采用工厂预制,现场焊接连接,有效加快施工速度与施工效率;通过在箱梁腹板预埋钢板,实现钢混的可靠连接;钢横隔梁通过节点板与预埋钢板连接,在设计阶段考虑施工误差,解决横隔梁对不齐的问题;采用高效、可靠的施工方案,降低高空施工难度,实现钢横隔梁的快速安装与可靠连接。
Steel diaphragm,as a new form of bridge transverse connection,has the advantages of low construction difficulty,easy alignment and high strength.The three-point steel diaphragm has been used in reconstruction project of National Highway No.104 overpassing Jinmen Railway Bridge.The steel diaphragm has been prefabricated in the factory and welded on site to effectively speed up the construction speed and construction efficiency.The steel plates have been embedded in the web of the box girder to realize the reliable connection between steel and concrete.The steel diaphragm has been connected with the embedded steel plate through the gusset plate,and construction error has been considered in the design stage to solve the problem of misalignment of diaphragm.Efficient and reliable construction schemes have been adopted to reduce the difficulty of high-altitude construction and realize the fast installation and reliable connection of steel diaphragm.
