近些年,许多炼化企业的常压金属储罐采用了全接液蜂窝式铝浮盘,对储罐挥发性有机物(VOCS)治理取得了较好的效果。但这种结构形式的浮盘也存在较大的缺陷,在储罐的运行和检修作业过程中如果管理不到位,将可能产生严重的后果,需要引起从业人员的高度重视。

In recent years,many refining and chemical enterprises have adopted honeycomb-shaped aluminum floating trays with full liquid contact for atmospheric metal storage tanks,which has achieved good results in the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCS)in storage tanks.However,this type of floating plate also has great defects.If the management is not in place during the operation and maintenance of the storage tank,it will have serious consequences,which needs to be highly valued by the industry personnel.
