常压脱烃稳定装置低压蒸汽系统节能优化改造

摘要 在新建常压脱烃稳定装置低压蒸汽系统运行过程中,原设计蒸汽供应总线与各用汽点支线存在互串问题。某一支线单独使用蒸汽时,因总线与支管间蒸汽互串,暂不使用的支线存在冷凝水冻裂风险,影响了装置运行的安全性和节能性。通过改变蒸汽系统的供汽位置,关键节点处增设阀门,必要节点处联通输水装置等一系列技改措施,以最低的时间成本和经济成本实现了各支线之间的有效隔离,在保障装置设备及管线伴热系统正常运行的同时,有效实现了暂停供汽设备和管道的隔离防冻,降低了设备运行的风险,提高了装置运行的高效性和稳定性。 In the operation of the low pressure steam system of the newly built atmospheric dehydrocarbon-stabilizing unit,the problem of interconnecting between the original designed steam supply bus and each steam point branch line exists.When steam is used alone in a branch line,the risk of condensation water freezing and cracking exists in the branch line that is not in use temporarily due to the mutual chain of steam between the bus and the branch pipe,which affects the safety and energy saving of the device operation.By changing the position of the steam system steam supply,the key node add valve,necessary node unicom water device and a series of technical measures,time at the lowest cost and economic cost to achieve the effective isolation between each branch.The safeguard device of normal operation of equipment and pipeline heat tracing system at the same time,effectively realized the suspended steam supply equipment and piping of segregation frost.It reduces the risk of equipment operation and improves the efficiency and stability of equipment operation.
