KF改性分子筛异构a-蒎烯制备柠檬烯的研究

摘要 研究了不同的改性剂处理13X分子筛对a-蒎烯异构到柠檬烯的影响,以KF改性分子筛其催化性能最优,2.2%KF水溶液按质量比1:3室温浸泡处理;并优化了分子筛改性及a-蒎烯异构反应的工艺条件;当催化剂粉末为80目,用量1.43%(w/w),反应温度170℃,回流反应,柠檬烯的选择性56%~58%,a-蒎烯的转化率83%~89%。催化剂制备简单,操作方便。 The effects of the isomization of a-pinene into limonene by different modified 13X zeolites were studied.KF modified 13X zeolites had the best catalytic performance,soaked by 2.2%KF aqueous solution with a ratio of 1:3(w/w)at room temperature;and the technological conditions of the modification and the isomization of a-pinene were optimized.The selectivity of limonene was 56%-58%,and the conversion of a-pinene was 83%-89%when the catalyst powder was 80 meses,the dosage was 1.43%(W/W),and the reaction temperature was 170℃,reflux reaction.The catalyst is easy to prepare and operate.
