摘要 本文通过详细介绍直接测汞仪测定土壤中汞元素的原理、分析操作和质控等方面,验证了直接测汞仪测定汞元素的精密度跟准确度及线性等相关质控均能满足土壤环境监测的要求,具有可行性,同时直接测汞仪不仅能像原子荧光光度法、X射线法等常规方法测定土壤中汞元素,而且操作快捷,符合冷原子吸收分光光度的原理。还有操作快捷,无需前处理,避免造成样品及环境的二次污染等优点。 In this paper,the principle,analytical operation and quality control of the direct mercury meter for the determination of mercury in soil are introduced in detail.It is verified that the precision,accuracy and linearity of the direct mercury meter for the determination of mercury can meet the requirements of soil environmental monitoring,and it is feasible.At the same time,the direct mercury measuring instrument can not only measure mercury in soil by conventional methods such as atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry and X ray method,but also operate quickly and accord with the principle of cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry.It also has the advantages of fast operation,no pre-treatment,and avoiding secondary pollution of samples and the environment.
