摘要
本文以凹凸棒石黏土(一维纤维状)、木质素(二维片层状)和轻质碳酸钙(三维颗粒状)三种具有不同维度的粉体为加填剂分别对水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行增强改性,考察了不同维度的加填剂在WPU中的分散性及对WPU力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:当加填量为10 wt%时,一维凹凸棒石黏土和二维木质素在WPU中分散性较好,三维颗粒状碳酸钙在WPU中的分散性能较差;另一方面,凹凸棒石黏土和碳酸钙的加入使WPU力学性能降低,但木质素增强了其力学性能,拉伸应力纬向从5.05 MPa上升至5.85 MPa,径向从4.89 MPa上升至6.65 MPa。
In this paper,three kinds of different dimensional inorganic powders of palygorskite(one-dimensional fiber),lignin(two-dimensional layer)and light calcium carbonate(three-dimensional granular)are used as fillers to modify and reinforce waterborne polyurethane(WPU).The dispersion of the fillers in WPU matrix and the influence of them on the mechanical properties of WPU were investigated.The results show that when the filling amount is 10 wt%,the dispersion of palygorskite and calcium carbonate in WPU was poor,which reduced the mechanical properties of WPU.However,the dispersion of two-dimensional lignin layers in WPU is excellent,making the tensile strength of WPU increased from 5.05 MPa to 5.85 MPa in latitude direction,4.89 MPa to 6.65 MPa in longitude direction.
