新时代民营企业家精神:欠发达地区乡村生态资本化的“催化剂”

Private Entrepreneurship in the New Era:A “Catalyst” for Ecological Capitalization of Villages in Less-developed Areas

欠发达地区乡村生态资本化作为全面推进乡村振兴的重要内容,离不开新时代民营企业家精神的催化。新时代民营企业家精神的基本元素是实现从无到有的创新能力、应对重大突发事件的责任意识、追求高质量发展的工匠精神、构建人类命运共同体的国际视野、培育全球竞争力的爱国情怀。欠发达地区乡村生态资本化既需要民营资本的注入,又需要新时代民营企业家精神规范引导资本下乡,还需要推动民营资本壮大生态经济。为此,一要坚持新时代民营企业家的责任担当,加大欠发达地区乡村生态资本化的扶持力度;二要发挥新时代民营企业家的创新能力,强化欠发达地区乡村生态资本化的创新要素;三要维护新时代民营企业家的合法权益,完善欠发达地区乡村生态资本化的政策保障。

As an important element in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,the ecological capitalization of rural areas in less developed regions cannot be separated from the catalyst of private entrepreneurship in the new era. The basic elements of private entrepreneurship in the new era are the ability to innovate from scratch,the sense of responsibility to deal with major emergencies,the artisan spirit to pursue high-quality development,the international vision to build a community of human destiny,and the patriotic sentiment to cultivate global competitiveness. The ecological capitalization of the countryside in less developed areas requires the intervention of private capital and the private entrepreneurship in new era to regulate and guide capital to the countryside,as well as to promote private capital to grow the ecological economy. To this end,firstly,we should adhere to the responsibility of private entrepreneurs in the new era and increase the support for the ecological capitalization of villages in less developed areas;secondly,we should bring into play the innovation ability of private entrepreneurs in the new era and strengthen the innovative elements of the ecological capitalization of villages in less developed areas;thirdly,we should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of private entrepreneurs in the new era and improve the policy guarantee for the ecological capitalization of villages in less-developed areas.
