中西方文化视域下的商业伦理指标体系研究

Research on Business Ethics Index System from the Perspective of Chinese and Western Cultures

商业伦理兼具伦理意义与管理功能,既是企业管理创新的重要内容,也是企业实现可持续发展的重要保障。汲取中西方文化中与商业伦理相关的要素,设计了商业伦理指标体系,包括基本规范、人文关怀、价值诉求3个一级指标、11个二级指标、44个三级指标,运用模糊打分法进行了指标验证,最终构建了中西方文化视域下的商业伦理指标体系。旨在从理论上丰富商业伦理的研究内容,推动组织管理理论的创新发展;从实践上为评价企业行为提供商业伦理的判别标准,提升企业的持续竞争优势,使其更好地适应社会经济发展新环境、新变化的要求。

Business ethics has both ethical significance and management function,which is not only an important content of enterprise management innovation,but also an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Based on the elements of business ethics in Chinese and Western business culture,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of business ethics which included 3 first-class indexes,11 second-class indexes,and 44 third-class indexes.Then we used the fuzzy scoring to realize the verification of the business ethics index system.The study not only enriches the research about the business ethics and further promotes the innovation of organizational management in theory,but also provides a criterion for evaluating enterprise behavior,and promotes the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises in practice,and makes it better adapt to the requirements of social and economic development.
