陆军护理人员战伤救护胜任力特征的质性研究

Qualitative Research on the Characteristics of Combat Casualty Care Competency of Army Nursing Personnel

目的深入了解陆军护理人员在战伤救护中的工作职责,归纳陆军护理人员战伤救护胜任力特征,为陆军护理人员的培养与考核提供参考。方法2021年6-7月,采用目的抽样法选取10所陆军医院有战伤救护经验的20名护理人员为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,采用主题分析法对资料进行分析和提炼。结果陆军护理人员战伤救护胜任力特征可归纳为战伤救护知识、应急决策处置能力、军事素质、政治素质、积极心理品质等5个维度共15个特征。结论归纳的陆军护理人员战伤救护胜任力15项特征可为陆军医院选拔、培训与考核战伤救护人员提供参考。

Objective To understand the responsibilities of army nursing personnel in combat casualty care,and summarize the characteristics of combat casualty care competency of army nursing personnel,so as to provide reference for the training and evaluation of army nursing personnel.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 20 nursing professionals with the experience of combat casualty care from 10 army hospitals for semi-structured interviews from June to July,2021.Thematic analysis method was adopted for data analysis and refining.Results The 15 characteristics of combat casualty care competency of army nursing personnel could be summarized into 5 dimensions,including knowledge of combat casualty care,emergency decision-making and handling ability,military quality,political quality and positive psychological quality.Conclusions The 15 characteristics of combat casualty care competency of army nursing personnel can provide reference for army hospitals to select,train and evaluate combat casualty care professionals.
