恶性肿瘤患者异地就医真实体验的质性研究

Experience of Non-Local Medical Treatment among Patients with Malignant Tumor:A Qualitative Study

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者异地就医的体验。方法2021年1-5月,采用目的抽样法选取广州市某三级甲等肿瘤医院13例异地就医的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式深度访谈,根据Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果恶性肿瘤患者异地就医体验可归纳为以下3个主题:面临诸多的困境、应对困境的力量与方式、需求与希望。结论异地就医的恶性肿瘤患者面临诸多挑战,护理人员和相关管理者应完善支持系统,采取相应措施协助患者应对异地就医中的困境。

Objective To explore the experience of non-local medical treament among patients with malignant tumor.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 13 patients with malignant tumor who received non-local medical treament in a tertiary cancer hospital in Guangzhou from January to May,2021.The semi-structured interviews were conducted using the phenomenological research method.The Colaizzi 7-step analysis was adopted to analyze the data.Results The experience of non-local medical treatment among the patients with malignant tumor could be summarized into three themes:various dilemmas,power and style to cope with dilemmas,and needs and hopes.Conclusions Patients with malignant tumor may face many challenges when they receive non-local medical treatment.Nursing staff and managers should modify the support system and take measures to help patients cope with the dilemmas of non-local medical treatment.
