从火之“义”与“象”论治肺癌

Treatment of Lung Cancer from“Meaning”and“Image”of Fire

从火之含义的中医源流入手,阐述火理论起源于《黄帝内经》,金元时期得到丰富完善,到明清发展成熟。论证了肺癌火热之象的普遍性,肺癌外在及内在的致病因素均具有火热的特点,肺癌各阶段的临床表现都与火邪伤津耗气相符,以火之虚实对临床常见的肺癌证型分类,提出益气养阴清热的治疗大法,倡导中西医结合,为临床治疗肺癌提供新思路。

Starting from the origin of the meaning of fire in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper expounded that fire theory originated from Inner Canon of Huangdi,which was enriched and perfected in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and developed and matured in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.This paper demonstrated the universality of the image of fire and heat in lung cancer.Both the exogenous and endogenous pathogenic factors of lung cancer have the characteristics of fire and heat.The clinical manifestations of lung cancer at all stages are consistent with the characteristics of fire pathogen consuming body fluids and qi.Common syndromes of lung cancer in the clinic were differentiated based on the deficiency and excess of fire.This paper put forward the treatment method of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and clearing heat,advocated the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,so as to provide a new perspective for clinical treatment of lung cancer.
