摘要
因势利导是中医学治疗疾病极为重要的指导思想之一,强调在“天人合一”整体观念的指导下,根据个体差异、疾病发展变化趋势等诸多因素进行辨证论治。通过梳理文献,阐释因势利导思想在《黄帝内经》中的体现,探讨其在温病中的应用,以期更好地指导临床实践。
“Taking advantage of circumstances”is one of the most important guiding principles of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases.It emphasizes that under the guidance of the overall concept of“unity of nature and human”,syndrome differentiation and treatment should be carried out according to individual differences,the development and change trend of diseases and other factors.By combing the literature,this paper explained the embodiment of the thought of“taking advantage of circumstances”in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and analyzed its application in warm disease,in order to better guide clinical practice.
